
Health Club Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our on-site health club. As the Health Club Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. - Oversee the operations of the on-site health club, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and programs are maintained and run smoothly.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and safe environment for guests to exercise and maintain their fitness routine.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the health club is in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of health club staff, including personal trainers and front desk personnel.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of fitness equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and replaced as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain current ones.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all health club guests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors to provide additional services and amenities for health club guests.
- Monitor and analyze health club performance and guest satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to improve overall operations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the health club integrates seamlessly with other guest services.
- Create and manage budgets for the health club, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the health club experience for guests.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
