Holiday Inn Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Club Manager. As the Health Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our health club and ensuring that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience. We are looking for someone who is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and providing exceptional service to our guests.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the health club, including managing staff, scheduling, and implementing policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure the health club is clean, well-maintained, and meets all safety and health standards.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
  4. Promote a healthy lifestyle and provide guidance and support to members in achieving their fitness goals.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, equipment, and supplies to ensure the health club runs smoothly.
  6. Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  7. Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
  8. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Handle any member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new programs and services to enhance the guest experience.
  11. Manage the health club budget and ensure financial goals are met.
  12. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to health club operations.
  14. Stay informed of all hotel policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by health club staff.
  15. Continuously seek ways to increase revenue and improve efficiency within the health club.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Health Club Or Fitness Facility, Preferably Within A Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Guests And Members.

  • Knowledge Of Current Health And Fitness Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Fitness Programs And Services.

  • Experience In Budgeting, Financial Management, And Sales And Marketing Strategies For A Health Club Or Fitness Facility.
