- Attend training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Service Agent At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Management.
Customer Service Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, Room Types, And Amenities, Is Necessary For A Guest Service Agent To Be Successful In Their Role.
