  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with their inquiries.
  6. Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
  7. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  8. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' requests and needs are met in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  10. Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms.
  11. Promote hotel services and amenities to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
  12. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
