- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to guest needs and promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively suggest and provide personalized recommendations and services to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty by proactively seeking feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the lobby and front desk.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Holiday Inn brand with pride.
- Act as a role model for other team members by displaying exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the hotel manager or supervisor.
