  1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival at the hotel.
  2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  3. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
