  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy of all information and payments.
  3. Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations and services to enhance their stay.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
  7. Uphold the hotel's standards for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all public areas and guest rooms are well-maintained.
  8. Handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  9. Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels, promoting the company's values and mission to provide exceptional hospitality experiences.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  13. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, providing a positive representation of the hotel and brand.
