- Drive group bookings and revenue for Holiday Inn Hotels through effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Attend industry events and conferences to represent Holiday Inn Hotels and promote group sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations and event planning, to ensure smooth and successful group bookings.
- Communicate regularly with hotel management to provide updates on group sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve group sales strategies and techniques.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all sales activities.
- Uphold the brand reputation and image of Holiday Inn Hotels through professional and ethical conduct.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Group Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Knowledge Of The Local Market And Ability To Identify Potential Group Sales Opportunities.
Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Hotel To Ensure Seamless Event Planning And Execution.
