- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve group sales and revenue targets for the hotel.
- Identify and target potential group clients, including corporate events, weddings, and conferences, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop and execute promotional strategies and packages to attract group business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze group sales data and report on performance to the management team.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales techniques and achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the hotel and expand the network of potential clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Group Sales Or Event Planning, Preferably In The Hotel Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
