
Group Sales Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group clients to secure new and repeat business.
- Understand the needs of group clients and tailor sales proposals and packages accordingly.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and proactively identify potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings.
- Utilize sales and CRM systems to track leads, manage client information, and report on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing and contract guidelines.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Hotel Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitor Analysis.
