
Group Sales Manager

As the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving group sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. - Develop and implement a strategic group sales plan to achieve revenue goals for the hotel.
- Identify and target potential clients and groups to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.
- Actively participate in sales calls, networking events, and industry trade shows to promote the hotel and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and revenue management teams to develop and execute promotional offers and packages to attract group bookings.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client information, sales reports, and revenue projections.
- Work closely with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to ensure seamless execution of group events.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Group Sales, Preferably In The Hotel Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Local Market And Competition, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.
