Welcome to Holiday Inn Hotels! We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.   1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
  2. Manage the front desk and handle all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  4. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and issuing keys.
  5. Coordinate room assignments and ensure all guest requests and preferences are met.
  6. Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payment transactions.
  8. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all guest rooms are clean, properly stocked, and in good working condition.
  9. Assist with the training and supervision of front desk staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
  10. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
  11. Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  13. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Handle any emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following proper procedures and communicating with relevant parties.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Front Office Coordinator At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Guests, Team Members, And Management.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Customer Service, With A Proven Track Record Of Providing Excellent Service To Guests. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Patience And Professionalism.

  • Organizational Skills: A Front Office Coordinator Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Will Be Responsible For Managing Reservations, Checking Guests In And Out, And Handling Various Administrative Duties, So Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk Procedures, Payment Processing, And Room Inventory Management. Previous Experience In A Similar Role At A Hotel Or Resort Is Preferred.

  • Proficiency In Technology: In Today's Digital Age, It Is Essential For A Front Office Coordinator To Be Comfortable Using Various Software And Technology. This Includes Reservation Systems, Email, And Basic Office Programs. Experience With Hotel-Specific Software Such As Opera Or Fidelio Is A Plus.
