- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all guest information and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated to other hotel departments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all guest rooms are clean and in working order.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and local events.
- Uphold the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager.
