  4. Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  6. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  8. Assist in coordinating room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and special offers.
  10. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  11. Follow proper safety and security measures to protect guests and hotel property.
  12. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
