- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, providing helpful information and recommendations as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception desk.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions, adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Respond to and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and promotions to effectively promote and upsell to guests.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.
- Follow all company and brand standards to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Attend and actively participate in all training and meetings as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager.
