Job Description

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Hotels team! We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our hotel. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have strong communication skills, and can handle a fast-paced work environment.   1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
  3. Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
  4. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a calm and effective manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  7. Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and its services.
  12. Keep track of room availability and make reservations as needed.
  13. Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
