Welcome to the Holiday Inn Hotels family! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Staff for our Franchise Hotel. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.   1. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all hotel rooms and public areas on a daily basis.
  2. Follow detailed cleaning procedures and checklists to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  3. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  4. Restock hotel rooms with necessary amenities and supplies according to established guidelines.
  5. Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently.
  6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  8. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
  9. Adhere to brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in service and quality.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
  11. Attend training and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Assist with laundry and other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the hotel.
  13. Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
  14. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management immediately.
  15. Uphold the values and image of the Holiday Inn brand at all times.

Job Qualifications
