- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at Holiday Inn Hotels, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of food and beverage services.
- Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for food and beverage services.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of food and beverage products.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food and beverage offerings meet brand standards and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute promotions and events to drive food and beverage sales.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to food and beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels, promoting a positive image and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Proven Experience In Managing Food And Beverage Operations At A Large-Scale Hotel Or Resort.
Strong Understanding Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends, As Well As Local And Regional Cuisine.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Kitchen And Service Staff.
Knowledge Of Budgeting And Financial Management To Ensure Profitability And Cost Control.
Ability To Maintain High Levels Of Guest Satisfaction Through Exceptional Service And Quality Standards.
