- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and take their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and making recommendations as needed.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for guests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any specials or promotions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders.
- Continuously monitor and anticipate guests' needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication Skills: Food & Beverage Attendants Must Have Strong Verbal Communication Skills To Interact With Guests And Colleagues In A Professional And Friendly Manner. They Should Also Possess Good Listening Skills To Understand Guest Requests And Needs.
Customer Service Oriented: A Food & Beverage Attendant Must Be Customer-Focused, With The Ability To Anticipate And Fulfill Guest Needs. They Should Be Able To Handle Guest Complaints Effectively And Provide Prompt And Satisfactory Solutions.
Knowledge Of Food & Beverage Operations: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Food And Drink Preparation, Service, And Presentation. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Food Safety And Hygiene Regulations.
Team Player: Working As Part Of A Team Is Crucial In The Hospitality Industry, And A Food & Beverage Attendant Must Be Able To Collaborate And Work Well With Others. They Should Also Be Able To Take Direction And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Physical Stamina: This Role Involves Standing For Long Periods, Carrying Heavy Trays, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. Therefore, Candidates Must Have The Physical Stamina To Perform These Tasks Efficiently And Without Compromising On Service Quality.
