- Take and accurately process guests' food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and presented according to company standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Ensure all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and resolved to their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales and revenue.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of banquet and event spaces.
- Attend all required training and meetings to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
