As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service to our guests. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and accurately process guests' food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and presented according to company standards.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Ensure all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and resolved to their satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales and revenue.
Assist with setting up and breaking down of banquet and event spaces.
Attend all required training and meetings to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Restaurant Setting. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With Food And Beverage Operations And Can Provide High-Quality Service To Guests.
Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service Is Crucial For A Food And Beverage Attendant. They Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Be Friendly And Approachable, And Have The Ability To Handle Guest Inquiries And Complaints Effectively.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Safety And Hygiene: Food And Beverage Attendants Should Be Well-Versed In Food Safety Regulations And Have A Good Understanding Of Proper Hygiene Practices. This Will Help Ensure The Safety And Satisfaction Of Guests.
Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail Is Necessary In This Role To Ensure That Food And Beverages Are Served Correctly And In A Timely Manner. Food And Beverage Attendants Should Also Be Able To Spot And Address Any Issues Or Discrepancies With Orders.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working In A Hotel Setting Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Peak Times. Candidates Should Be Able To Handle High-Stress Situations And Work Efficiently Under Pressure To Ensure Guest Satisfaction.
