  1. Greet and welcome guests to the Holiday Inn Hotel with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted and accommodated.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, following all company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections and answer any questions they may have.
  6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that all tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  9. Continuously strive to upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase revenue for the hotel.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all team members, departments, and guests to promote a positive work environment and enhance the guest experience.
  11. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
  12. Attend all required training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage department.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Menus, Including Wine And Cocktail Options.
