Welcome to Holiday Inn Hotels! We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. As a member of our dynamic hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience and has a strong attention to detail. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any guest concerns.
Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and according to company policies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage department.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Adhere to all company and legal regulations regarding alcohol service and guest safety.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times while on duty.
Continuously strive to improve service and exceed guest expectations.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Or Restaurant Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Interact With Guests In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Safety And Hygiene Standards, With The Ability To Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Fulfill Guest Needs And Requests.
Flexibility In Work Schedule, Including The Ability To Work Weekends, Holidays, And Evenings As Needed.
