- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival at the hotel restaurant and bar.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and stocked with necessary utensils, condiments, and other supplies.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, following proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of food and beverage items, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service for guests.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for guests.
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow all hotel and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and team members.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and menu offerings.
- Uphold the hotel's image and reputation by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all company and legal policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol and food service, cash handling, and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or other members of management.
Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Restaurant, Hotel, Or Other Food And Beverage Establishment. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Food Service Operations And Can Handle The Fast-Paced Environment Of A Hotel Restaurant.
