- Greet and welcome guests to the hotel restaurant and bar in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the restaurant and bar are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with established standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to the appropriate manager if needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to make recommendations to guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for events and banquets.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
