Previous Experience In A Similar Role: A Food & Beverage Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Serving Food And Drinks, Handling Payments, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Food & Beverage Attendant, It Is Important To Have Strong Communication Skills To Interact With Guests And Team Members Effectively. This Includes Being Able To Take Orders, Answer Questions, And Resolve Any Issues In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Knowledge Of Different Types Of Cuisine, Food And Beverage Pairings, And Proper Serving Techniques.
