  1. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including dining, banquet, and bar services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure their satisfaction with their dining experience.
  4. Train, supervise, and mentor staff to ensure they provide exceptional service and adhere to company standards.
  5. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of food and beverage offerings and service.
  9. Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Keep updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  12. Prepare and manage department budget, forecasting, and financial reports.
  13. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide training and feedback.
  14. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
  15. Stay knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
  16. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry: A Successful F&B Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably With Experience In A Managerial Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Customer Service, And Budget Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The F&B Manager Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is A Crucial Aspect Of The F&B Manager's Role, As They Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Various Departments, Such As Housekeeping And Front Desk, To Ensure Smooth Operations. They Should Also Possess Strong Communication Skills To Interact With Guests And Handle Any Complaints Or Feedback.

  • Financial Management Skills: The F&B Manager Is Responsible For The Financial Performance Of The Food And Beverage Department, Including Creating And Managing Budgets, Controlling Costs, And Maximizing Revenue. Therefore, Strong Financial Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Hygiene Standards: The F&B Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food Safety And Hygiene Standards To Ensure Compliance With Local And International Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Maintaining These Standards In A Hotel Setting.
