We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Manager to join our team.As the F&B Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations at our hotel, ensuring the highest quality of service and satisfaction for our guests. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated staff, creating and executing innovative menus, and maintaining a profitable F&B department.We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.   1. Oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel, including but not limited to, restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering.
  2. Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are in line with the hotel's standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
  3. Develop and implement innovative menus and concepts to enhance the dining experience for guests.
  4. Manage and coordinate the scheduling, training, and development of all F&B staff members.
  5. Monitor and maintain the inventory levels and cost control measures for all food and beverage items.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and sales, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  7. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for food and beverage products.
  9. Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and revenue for the F&B department.
  10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all F&B staff.
  11. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service and overall dining experience.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry.
  13. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute F&B promotions and events.
  14. Prepare and manage the F&B budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and provide guidance and support to the F&B team.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Management Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Achieving Revenue And Profitability Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team.

  • Knowledge Of Local Food And Beverage Regulations And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience In A Similar Role.
