- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience in the Food and Beverage department.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, including but not limited to, restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of Food and Beverage staff to ensure high quality service and efficient operations.
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures for the Food and Beverage department.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operation and coordination of events and services.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and complaints, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and promote food and beverage events and packages to drive revenue.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet guest demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in food and beverage management and share knowledge with the team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the hotel management.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Guests, Staff, And Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Budgeting, Menu Planning, And Inventory Management.
