Job Description

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Hotels family! We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team. As a vital member of our hotel management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. From creating and implementing menus to maintaining high standards of service, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and has a strong background in the F&B industry.   1. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at the hotel.
  2. Develop and implement menus that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs.
  3. Ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.
  4. Train and supervise F&B staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to guests.
  5. Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
  6. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of food and beverage items.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  9. Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  10. Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the F&B operations.
  12. Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  13. Prepare and manage the F&B budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
  14. Handle any customer complaints or issues related to food and beverage services.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to F&B staff.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.
  17. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to food and beverage operations.
  18. Keep track of and report on F&B sales and revenue.
  19. Attend meetings and training sessions as required by hotel management.
  20. Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field: A F&B Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess A Formal Education In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field To Have A Strong Foundation In The Industry.

  • Previous Experience In F&B Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In F&B Management Is Essential For A F&B Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Overseeing Operations, And Maintaining High Standards Of Service.

  • Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends: The F&B Manager Should Be Aware Of The Latest Trends In The Food And Beverage Industry, Including New Menu Concepts, Popular Ingredients, And Customer Preferences. This Knowledge Will Help In Creating Innovative Menus And Staying Ahead Of Competitors.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A F&B Manager, One Must Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Diverse Individuals And Collaborate With Other Departments. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Instructions, And Handle Conflicts Professionally.

  • Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: The F&B Manager Should Be Detail-Oriented And Have Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure Smooth Operations In The Food And Beverage Outlets. This Includes Maintaining Inventory, Managing Budgets, And Overseeing Quality Control.
