- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall food and beverage experience for guests at Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality in food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute promotional campaigns and special events to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work culture to motivate and engage employees.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills
Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Development, Cost Control, And Inventory Management
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
