  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall food and beverage experience for guests at Holiday Inn Hotels.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality in food and beverage offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and execute promotional campaigns and special events to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented work culture to motivate and engage employees.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to stay competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Food And Beverage Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Development, Cost Control, And Inventory Management

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
