Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate F&B Manager to lead our food and beverage team. As the F&B Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our dining operations and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong background in hospitality and food and beverage management.   1. Oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
  3. Train and supervise the food and beverage team to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
  4. Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with the executive chef to develop menus and ensure high-quality food offerings.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  7. Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with the food and beverage team to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the dining experience for guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  13. Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  14. Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for the food and beverage team.
  15. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all food and beverage outlets.
  16. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  17. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market the hotel's food and beverage offerings.
  18. Attend and participate in meetings with management and other departments to discuss hotel operations and strategies.
  19. Stay updated on guest feedback and use it to make improvements and adjustments to operations.
  20. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience In Food And Beverage Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Guests, Colleagues, And Management, As Well As Resolve Any Customer Complaints Or Concerns.

  • Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Standards: Familiarity With Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices In Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Inventory Control, And Cost Management.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing Environment, Adjust To Different Situations And Priorities, And Make Quick Decisions When Needed.
