  1. Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations at the Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
  5. Train, motivate, and manage a team of F&B staff to deliver outstanding service.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
  10. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for F&B operations.
  11. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve F&B offerings and services.
  14. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In F&B Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Cost Control, And Inventory Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Achieving Financial Targets In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
