- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.
- Create and maintain menus, ensuring they are in line with current industry trends and hotel standards.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Plan and execute events, such as banquets and conferences, ensuring high-quality food and service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements and new initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports to management on food and beverage operations, including sales, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure all team members are adhering to them.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Budgeting, Cost Control, And Revenue Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Lead A Team And Interact With Guests.
