  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations at Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the F&B department.
  3. Create and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the F&B department.
  4. Train, supervise, and mentor F&B staff to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with the executive chef to develop innovative and appealing menus.
  6. Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  8. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  9. Plan and organize events, including banquets, conferences, and private functions.
  10. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
  11. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
  14. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage food and beverage cost control.
  15. Uphold and promote the values and culture of Holiday Inn Hotels.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Food And Beverage Management: A Successful Candidate For The F&B Manager Job At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Hotel Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Cost Control, And Guest Satisfaction.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The F&B Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Servers, Bartenders, And Kitchen Staff. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Train Employees, Resolve Conflicts, And Foster A Positive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Guests' Dining Experiences, The F&B Manager Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Customer Service Skills. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Guests, Respond To Feedback, And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Trends: To Ensure The F&B Department At Holiday Inn Hotels Maintains High Standards And Remains Competitive, The F&B Manager Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Including New Food And Beverage Offerings, Service Styles, And Technology.

  • Organizational And Financial Management Skills: The F&B Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing The Department's Budget, Inventory, And Purchasing. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Organizational And Financial Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Maintain Budgets, Analyze Financial Data, And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Profitability.
