- Oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet services.
- Create and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings that align with the hotel's standards and guest preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the F&B department.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of F&B staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, efficient, and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Monitor and control expenses, including food and beverage cost, labor, and other operating costs.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and special promotions.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas and concepts to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure the F&B department is in compliance.
- Prepare and manage the F&B budget, forecasting and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality for food and beverage products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B offerings and increase sales.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food And Beverage Management In A Hotel Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Guests, Staff, And Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Budgeting, Inventory Management, And Menu Development.
