- Plan, organize and execute various events at Holiday Inn Hotels, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their event requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
- Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on event progress and address any concerns or changes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all guest needs and requests are met during events.
- Train and supervise event staff to ensure smooth execution and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings and stay ahead of competition.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market events at Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all event-related activities.
- Represent Holiday Inn Hotels at industry events and networking opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management.
