As an Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through the planning and execution of various events.   1. Plan and execute various events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  3. Negotiate contracts and work within budget constraints to ensure profitability for the hotel.
  4. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel, such as banquet, catering, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  5. Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, audio-visual equipment, and decor, to meet client expectations.
  6. Manage a team of event staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective event delivery.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality products and services for events.
  8. Ensure all events comply with hotel policies and regulations, as well as health and safety protocols.
  9. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event offerings and services.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after events to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  11. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to events in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and revenue to inform future event planning and budgeting.
  13. Assist in marketing and promoting the hotel's event services to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  14. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed on hotel updates and industry changes.
  15. Uphold the values and brand standards of Holiday Inn Hotels and act as a positive ambassador for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.

  • Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
