We are currently seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events Manager to join our team.As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and everything in between. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that each event is flawlessly executed.To excel in this role, you must have a passion for creating memorable events and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.   1. Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and other special occasions.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure that all requests are met.
  3. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure the smooth execution of events.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  5. Create detailed event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and event layouts.
  6. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  7. Oversee all aspects of event setup, including decor, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  8. Communicate event details and updates to clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Anticipate and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during events.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide unique and memorable event experiences.
  11. Train and supervise event staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
  12. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve event planning processes.
  13. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market events and attract new clients.
  14. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies during events.
  15. Represent the hotel in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with clients, guests, and team members.

Job Qualifications
