- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of event setup, including decor, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Communicate event details and updates to clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide unique and memorable event experiences.
- Train and supervise event staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve event planning processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market events and attract new clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies during events.
- Represent the hotel in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with clients, guests, and team members.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Event Planning And Management.
Knowledge Of Event Planning Software And Technology.
