- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within allocated funds.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with event vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed according to plan.
- Communicate event details and updates to clients and hotel staff.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during an event and find appropriate solutions.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event experiences for guests.
- Maintain relationships with clients and promote the hotel's event services.
- Train and supervise event staff, including servers and event coordinators.
- Ensure all events adhere to hotel policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Uphold the hotel's reputation for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Management, Preferably In A Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Event Planning And Execution, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.
