As an Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.   1. Plan and execute events at Holiday Inn Hotels, including weddings, corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions.
  2. Collaborate with clients and hotel staff to understand event needs, preferences, and budgets.
  3. Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers for event services and products.
  5. Coordinate logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation, to ensure smooth event operations.
  6. Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and all expenses are properly documented.
  7. Communicate with guests and clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative and competitive.
  10. Train and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and other event personnel.
  11. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards during events.
  12. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Uphold the Holiday Inn brand standards and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events, including contracts, invoices, and client information.
  15. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote events and attract new clients.
