- Plan and execute events at Holiday Inn Hotels, including weddings, corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions.
- Collaborate with clients and hotel staff to understand event needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers for event services and products.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation, to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and all expenses are properly documented.
- Communicate with guests and clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative and competitive.
- Train and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and other event personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold the Holiday Inn brand standards and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events, including contracts, invoices, and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote events and attract new clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
