  1. Plan and coordinate all events hosted by the hotel, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and ensure those needs are met within the hotel's capabilities.
  3. Create detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines to outline all event logistics, costs, and expectations.
  4. Collaborate with various hotel departments, such as catering, audiovisual, and housekeeping, to ensure smooth execution of events.
  5. Source and manage external vendors and suppliers to provide necessary event services and rentals.
  6. Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Conduct site visits and attend planning meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  8. Oversee event setup, including table arrangements, decorations, and audiovisual equipment.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event trends, industry standards, and best practices to continuously improve event offerings.
  11. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, in planning and executing events.
  12. Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all event attendees and promptly address any complaints or feedback.
  13. Manage event staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  14. Create and distribute event marketing materials to promote upcoming events and attract potential clients.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports of all event-related activities and expenses.
