  1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of events held at the hotel, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and provide recommendations and solutions to ensure a successful event.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for the hotel and its guests.
  4. Develop event timelines and budgets, and track expenses to ensure events stay within budget.
  5. Coordinate with various hotel departments, such as catering, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure all event needs are met and the event space is set up according to the client's specifications.
  6. Oversee event setup and execution, including managing event staff, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless event.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with clients and event attendees to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all events, including client information, event details, and expenses.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning to continuously improve the event experience for guests.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for the hotel, promoting its services and amenities to potential clients and partners.
