
Events Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events at our hotel, from weddings and conferences to social gatherings and corporate meetings. - Plan and coordinate various events at the hotel, including weddings, conferences, social gatherings, and corporate meetings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that all details are executed flawlessly.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all expenses are within budget.
- Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as catering and housekeeping, to ensure all event needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and hotel staff to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct site visits and participate in pre-event meetings to ensure all event details are accurate and accounted for.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate information to clients and guests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of events at the hotel.
- Maintain accurate and organized event records and files for future reference and analysis.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask to ensure all aspects of an event are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market events to potential clients and guests.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Event Planning And Coordination
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities
