
Event Sales Manager

- Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and revenue for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact for event inquiries and conduct site visits with potential clients.
- Negotiate event contracts and pricing to ensure profitability for the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of event bookings, revenue, and client information.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and increase event bookings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract event bookings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hotel Event Sales And Management
Strong Understanding Of Event Planning And Execution Processes
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth
