Job Description

Welcome to Holiday Inn Hotels! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Event Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive sales and revenue for our hotel through event bookings. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and revenue for the hotel.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for event inquiries and conduct site visits with potential clients.
  4. Negotiate event contracts and pricing to ensure profitability for the hotel.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and exceptional guest experience.
  6. Maintain accurate records of event bookings, revenue, and client information.
  7. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and increase event bookings.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and promptly address any concerns or issues.
  10. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract event bookings.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Job Qualifications
