  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue and achieve business goals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders to generate business and promote the hotel.
  3. Train and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  6. Manage the hotel's online presence and reputation through social media and review platforms.
  7. Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  9. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel's sales and marketing strategies.
  11. Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines in all sales and marketing activities.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the sales and marketing team.
  13. Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
  14. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales and marketing.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including budget and expense management.
