- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the catering and event team.

- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the catering and event team.

Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Director Of Catering And Events Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Staff Members And Ensuring The Smooth Execution Of All Catering And Event Operations. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Sales And Revenue Generation: This Role Requires The Candidate To Drive Sales And Revenue For The Hotel's Catering And Event Services. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
