1. Develop and implement IT architecture strategy for Holiday Inn Hotels, including planning, designing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
3. Lead the design and implementation of new technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
4. Ensure all technology solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
5. Monitor and assess the performance of existing IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their incorporation into the IT architecture.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best products and services are being utilized.
8. Develop and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
9. Train and mentor IT team members, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of IT projects.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology systems and processes.
11. Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, implementing appropriate protocols and measures.
12. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding IT architecture strategy and updates.
13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
14. Continuously monitor and evaluate IT processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
15. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organization, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
