- Provide exceptional support and services to Holiday Inn Hotels worldwide, ensuring they meet the brand's high standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Act as a consultant and advisor to hotel teams, offering guidance and solutions to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize strong industry knowledge and experience to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Communicate effectively with hotel teams, providing clear and concise instructions and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of hotel operations, identifying areas of improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance, including guest satisfaction scores, revenue, and expenses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train and coach hotel staff on best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the guest experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and standards of Holiday Inn Hotels to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations, Preferably In A Support Or Consulting Role
Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Industry Trends And Best Practices
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations For Improving Hotel Operations And Services
