- Lead and manage a team of commercial managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, franchisees, and corporate partners.

- Conduct regular training and development programs for the commercial team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Represent the Holiday Inn brand at industry events and conferences, and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
- Manage budgets and expenses for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Property Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Profitability In A Commercial Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition In The Hospitality Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Property Owners, Corporate Executives, And Team Members.
