  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and promote the Holiday Inn brand in the designated region.
  2. Lead and manage a team of commercial managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, franchisees, and corporate partners.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Conduct regular training and development programs for the commercial team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into the commercial strategy.
  9. Represent the Holiday Inn brand at industry events and conferences, and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
  11. Manage budgets and expenses for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
  15. Drive a culture of accountability, setting clear goals and expectations for the commercial team and holding them accountable for their performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Property Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Profitability In A Commercial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Property Owners, Corporate Executives, And Team Members.
