If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Club Lounge Attendant at Holiday Inn Hotels. As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will have the opportunity to create a memorable experience for our guests by providing top-notch service in our exclusive Club Lounge.   1. Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival at the Club Lounge.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  3. Ensure the Club Lounge is always clean and well-stocked with necessary amenities.
  4. Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have, and provide prompt and accurate solutions.
  5. Monitor and maintain the guest list for the Club Lounge, ensuring only authorized guests have access.
  6. Set up and arrange food and beverage options in the Club Lounge, ensuring they are presented in an appealing manner.
  7. Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Communicate any feedback or concerns from guests to management promptly and professionally.
  9. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  11. Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  12. Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure all Club Lounge guidelines are met.
  13. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create a memorable experience for all Club Lounge guests.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and guest privacy.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests In The Lounge Area. They Should Be Friendly, Approachable, And Have The Ability To Anticipate And Meet Guest Needs.

  • Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Service: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Good Understanding Of Food And Beverage Service, Including Proper Handling And Hygiene Practices. They Should Also Be Able To Make Recommendations And Serve Guests With A Professional And Courteous Attitude.

  • Attention To Detail: A Club Lounge Attendant Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure The Lounge Area Is Clean, Well-Stocked, And Properly Maintained At All Times. They Should Also Be Able To Spot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise, Such As Spills Or Damaged Furniture.

  • Team Player: As Part Of The Hotel Staff, A Club Lounge Attendant Should Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment. They May Need To Collaborate With Other Departments, Such As Housekeeping Or The Kitchen, To Ensure A Seamless Guest Experience.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Working In A Fast-Paced Hotel Environment, A Club Lounge Attendant Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once. This May Include Greeting And Assisting Guests, Restocking Supplies, And Handling Payment Transactions. The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Time Effectively Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
